The cost of financing is calculated on the equipment; services are a running cost, not financed. Indicative range, calculated with average market coefficients. It is not a contractual offer and does not replace credit approval. The actual quote is issued by the funder after review.

How the estimate is calculated
Terms run from 12 to 60 months. The shorter ones suit projects with an end in sight; a stable fleet usually sits between 36 and 60. The rent results from applying a coefficient to the equipment value. That coefficient depends on three variables: the term, the total amount financed and the company's credit risk. The first two are in the calculator; the third is only known after the credit check, and it is the reason we show a range instead of a number.
Services (preparation, support, warranty, insurance, collection) are calculated per workstation and per month, and are added to the equipment rent. We keep the two components separate on purpose: it lets you see exactly where the cost lies and decide with full knowledge, instead of negotiating a lump sum blindly.
The corporate tax (IRC) saving shown assumes a rate of 20% on the total rents, which are an expense for the year under operating renting. It is an estimate; the specific tax treatment depends on the company's situation and should be confirmed with your certified accountant.
Frequently asked questions
Are the calculator figures what I will pay?
No. They are an indicative range calculated with average market coefficients. The actual rent depends on the funder, the term, the make-up of the fleet and above all the company's credit check. The calculator is there to give you the order of magnitude before you spend time on a request.
Why do you show a range and not a figure?
Because an exact figure would be false. Four different funders give four different coefficients for the same fleet, and the risk assessment moves the figure within that range. We would rather show the real range than a nice-looking number the quote then does not confirm.
Are the services mandatory?
None of them is. They are in the calculator because they make the difference between financing equipment and contracting a working workstation. If the company already has an IT team with mature processes, financing the equipment alone is the right decision, and we say so in the quote when that is the case.
Do the figures include VAT?
No. All figures in the calculator exclude VAT, as is standard in B2B quotes. VAT is added to each rent and, for VAT-registered businesses entitled to deduct it, is deductible under the general rules.
