Renting store

Companies and professionals acting in the course of their business, with at least three years of activity and filed accounts. The order is placed with the company's NIF (Portuguese tax number). There is no service for consumers.

Contracts run for 36 months. With "Return at the end" the equipment is returned at the end of the contract and there is no purchase option. With "With the possibility of keeping the equipment" you can keep it at the end, for an amount agreed at that point, which is around 3 to 4% of the investment. It is not a purchase option fixed in the contract: under renting, the law does not allow it to be fixed from the outset.

They are indicative rents, excluding VAT. The final amount is set out in the contract, after credit approval. There are one-off contract fees: €100 for "Return at the end" and €75 for "With the possibility of keeping the equipment".

Yes, on the whole cart: "Return at the end" is available from €41.25 per month and "With the possibility of keeping the equipment" from €17.09 per month, excluding VAT. An item that does not reach the minimum on its own can go into a cart that does.

All equipment in the store has a warranty covering the 36 months of the contract: either it already comes with a 3-year warranty, or the store adds the manufacturer's extension to 3 years, already selected. Equipment with neither is not sold in the store.

Some recent laptops do not come with a charger in the box. In those cases the product page says so and the store adds the brand's USB-C charger recommended for the model, which you can remove if the company already has compatible chargers.

No. After ordering you receive by email the order number and the list of documents for credit approval: permanent commercial registry certificate, IES (annual company accounts filing) for the last financial year, identification of the signatory, proof of IBAN. With them we handle the approval and send you the contract for signature.

The store shows the most requested equipment. For other configurations, servers, tablets, networks or meeting rooms, ask us for a quote and we will prepare the proposal.
