Already have a proposal? We will give you a second opinion.
You have received a renting proposal from your supplier and have nothing to compare it with. We do. We submit the same fleet to the four funders and tell you where the proposal you have stands, and whether it can be improved.
If we cannot beat it, we will say so. A second opinion that only confirms what the client wants to hear is worthless.

Where your proposal stands
Enter the equipment value and the proposed rent. We compare it with the range of rate factors charged in the market and tell you straight away whether it is above, within or below.
What you need to equip
Enter the equipment value and the rent you have been quoted. We tell you whether it is within the market range, and if we think it can be beaten, we tell you that too.
If the quote includes services (support, insurance, extended warranty), the comparison is skewed in its favour. Mention it in your request so we can compare properly.
Contract term
Enter the equipment value and the rent you have been quoted. We tell you where that quote sits in the market range.
What we analyse, beyond the number
The rent is the easy part. What usually separates a good proposal from a bad one are the conditions that only become visible in year three, and that are rarely discussed before signing.
- Tacit renewal. Does the contract renew itself if nobody gives notice? With how much notice?
- Early exit cost. Outstanding rents with or without a financial discount?
- Return condition. What criteria, and what penalties?
- Scope of the insurance. What is the excess, and what is left out?
- Addenda. At what rate factor are workstations added mid-contract?
- Fixed or indexed rent. On a 60-month contract, it changes the total cost.
Two proposals with the same monthly payment can hide thousands of euros of difference here. We have written about each of these clauses in detail.
How it works
- Send us the proposal or just the key figures: equipment value, rent, term and what is included.
- We submit the same fleet to the four funders we work with.
- You receive the analysis within 48 working hours: where your proposal stands, what we were able to get, and the comparison of the clauses.
- You decide. If you keep the proposal you already had, that is no problem at all and we will not press you again.
We do not contact your supplier. The proposal you send us is used solely for the analysis and is not shared with third parties other than the funders we submit the request to, and what goes to them is the fleet, not the competitor's document.
Send us the proposal
Attach the document you received. It is the most complete route, because it lets us compare the end-of-contract clauses too, not just the monthly payment. If you would rather not attach it, write the rent and the term in the summary.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you do this for free?
Because half the time we win the business. The other half, we tell you the proposal is good and end up with a company that knows who we are at the next renewal. It is a trade that works for us, but only if the analysis is honest, which is why we also say so when we cannot improve on it.
Will my current supplier find out?
No. We do not contact your supplier or use the proposal for anything other than the analysis. If you decide to keep it, we will not press you again.
How much can you usually improve it by?
When there is room, it is typically between 5% and 12% of the total contract cost. There is not always room: proposals from manufacturer funders for single-brand fleets are often hard to beat, and we say so straight away.
What if the proposal includes services?
Then the comparison needs more care, because a rent that includes support, insurance and extended warranty cannot be compared with a bare rent. We ask for the breakdown and compare component by component. If the supplier will not provide it, that in itself is information.
Do I need to send the document?
It helps a great deal, but it is not mandatory. With the equipment value, the rent, the term and what is included, we can do the analysis. The document is mainly for checking the end-of-contract clauses, which is where the differences are usually hidden.
