1. Who we are

ITRENTING is a trade name of ITPOINT - Tecnologia e Marketing, Unipessoal Lda., legal entity no. 516275542 (NIF, Portuguese tax number), registered with the Commercial Registry Office (Conservatória do Registo Comercial) under the same number, with a share capital of €1,000.00, with registered office at Rua Conde Alto Mearim, 1133, Sala 58, 4450-036 Matosinhos.

2. What this website is for

The website www.itrenting.pt is intended to provide information about renting and financial leasing (locação financeira) of IT equipment and to receive contact and quote requests from businesses interested in those services.

It is not a shop, it does not allow anything to be contracted online and it does not process payments. Submitting a request creates no obligation for either party: it is a request for contact, to which we respond with a proposal that the business is free to accept or decline.

3. Who it is for

Exclusively businesses and professionals acting in the course of their business. We do not address consumers and we do not act as intermediaries for consumer credit. As there is no consumer relationship, neither the consumer alternative dispute resolution regime nor the electronic complaints book (livro de reclamações eletrónico) applies.

4. Nature of the information published

The figures shown on this website, including the calculator results, are indicative estimates calculated using average market coefficients. They do not constitute a contractual proposal or a binding offer, and they do not replace the assessment and approval of the funding entity, which is always responsible for the financing decision and for setting the final conditions.

Tax and accounting information is provided for general information purposes only. It does not constitute tax, accounting or legal advice and does not replace consultation with the company's certified accountant or legal adviser.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date, but market conditions change frequently. We accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the indicative information published here, nor for temporary unavailability of the website.

Portuguese law applies. The courts of the district of Porto (comarca do Porto) have jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from the use of this website, with express waiver of any other forum.
